- Fix some issues regarding to the new menu engine (thanks retrofun to fix Minimig profile loading).
- Query the device descriptor only once for USB devices. This might prevent (un)expected mode switch.
- Convert [corename].CFG files to INI format. The old file will still load, but Save settings will write in INI.
- Add a MISTCFG.INI file for global settings, writeable for the firmware itself.
- Add an interactive joystick map configuration to the Input Test OSD page. Read the scrolling helptext for usage.
- Send a default date to the cores if no USB-RTC found.
